Corporate Social Responsibility Policy

PREAMBLE According to Section 135 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with the Companies (Corporate Social Responsibility Policy) Rules, 2014 every company having net worth of Rupees Five Hundred Crore or more or turnover of rupees one thousand crore or more or a net profit of rupees five crore or more during immediately preceding financial year shall constitute a Corporate Social Responsibility Committee of the Board. Further, for us, CSR is not viewed as a responsibility but is rather a duty as a responsible corporate citizen. Since inception, the Company has been actively engaged in the area of social and community development.
